I build credible professional relationships based on Integrity, strategy, common sense, and quality measurable results. Specialities Include business development, negotiation and implementation of agreements through strategic planning offering mutually beneficial outcomes. I am goal-orientated, dynamic and focused on building a collegiate team culture and genuine customer relationships.

Born in South Africa, with an Italian and Croatian heritage. Tamara's passion for food as medicine and healing led her to pursue a degree in Dietetics majoring in Physiology, Biochemistry and Therapeutic Nutrition whioch she received Academic excellence for, and where she authored her Thesis: "P53 a Tumor Suppressor Gene and Apoptosis". During her adult life in South Africa, Tamara belonged to the Exploration Society of Africa, her journeys on a shoestring took her to most African countries and she hiked every mountain range in Southern Africa fuelling her other passion of nature and adventure. Moving to Australia in 2006 with a 2-year-old, she studied Naturpathy, then converted her Degree to a Secondary Biology and Chemistry teacher. Tamara taught for the next 5 years ih this field. In 2020 she co-founded PHOD S.I.M. a business venture which saw all her passions for the environment, maintaining the optimal nutritional component of foods used in preparation, and preserving our earth through non-toxic sustainable infection management solutions come to life.
